Everything you need to start a similar project in your community is available here. The document "Empowering Stroke Prevention: A Toolkit for Building Partnership with Communities" document is a straightforward, practical guide that tells you how to:

• Find and bring in community groups and government agencies to help
• Build a partnership for solving problems and pooling resources
• Train health ambassadors and help them carry out stroke prevention activities
